The Welcome Table | Leadership & Missionary Transition

Over the past several months, God has been leading The Welcome Table through a season of reflection, restoration, and transition. As we seek the Lord’s direction for our next chapter, we want to communicate transparently with every friend, partner, and supporter who has walked with us on this journey.

Ben’s Missionary Transition with Reliant

After prayerful discernment, Ben has stepped into Associate status with Reliant, which means he will no longer receive ongoing missionary compensation from Reliant at this time.

A final disbursement will be sent at the end of November to close out the remaining back wages. After that, any Reliant donations given to Ben’s account will not directly benefit the Pickthorn family or The Welcome Table until/unless a new missionary appointment is discerned in the future. We want you to have full clarity as you make year-end giving decisions.How You Can Participate (If You Feel Led)

✔️ Cancel your recurring support if this season has concluded for you
✔️ Pause giving until leadership transition is complete
✔️ Make a final one-time gift to Reliant by November 30
✔️ Let your recurring donations continue (funds will accrue in reserve for future discernment)

Where We Are Headed

As we continue discerning what God has for the next chapter, we are exploring:
